 A Note from Our Team:
While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, Douxy is committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, therefore we are unable to accept any returns at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. 

 

Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Please contact our customer service for non-US shipping eligibility, Online orders usually process within 2 business days. All orders received after 1pm PST on Friday will be processed the next business Monday. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact support@douxyskincare.com
 
Returns
We are interested in receiving returns for unopened products purchased within 14 days of their original conditions. Unfortunately, any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at Douxy Skincare Inc’s discretion. In order to receive a refund, we only process packages received within 21 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that this INCLUDES shipping time and any returns received after the 21 day period will not be accepted. All sales items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 
Please email our customer service with your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the product to initiate a return. We can then email you a prepaid return shipping label along with the required return commercial invoice. 
Shipping costs for online returns will be deducted from the refunds.
